Requirements
- Reception and treatment of patients at the reception desk
- Scheduling management
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- General office organization
- Completed medical or commercial education
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
- Computer skills
- Sovereign and friendly demeanor
- Convincing communication skills and developed service orientation
- Excellent German knowledge, and good English knowledge
