We are looking for an enthusiastic person for the Elithera Health Center in Hildesheim as a receptionist to start in the summer of 2025. The ideal candidate has completed training as a receptionist/hotel manager/salesperson in the healthcare sector and has experience in patient registration. The role involves scheduling, provision of medical supplies, greeting and care for patients, and other back-office tasks.

Requirements

• Completed training as a receptionist/hotel manager/salesperson in the healthcare sector
• Experience in patient registration (e.g. in a large practice)
• Experience with THEORG software or a comparable patient scheduling software
