Bionic is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to drive commercial growth across their territory by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities. The role involves building relationships with small business owners, understanding their challenges and identifying opportunities to add value through expert advice and tailored recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a field sales, direct sales or business development role
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
- Confidence building relationships and influencing decision-makers face-to-face
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to generating new business
- Ability to manage own territory, pipeline, and time effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
