The Process Equipment Manager will participate in device selection and procurement, plan and organize maintenance and repair work, and lead team members in device-related activities such as coding, record-keeping, and facilities management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or pharmaceutical engineering
- 10 years or more of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical enterprises, with a preference for experience in biopharmaceutical enterprises
- Familiar with process production equipment and have experience in process equipment life cycle management
- 5 years or more of team management experience
- Results-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills; have a certain degree of resistance to pressure
- Familiar with enterprise modern management, proficient in using Office, Visio, and other office software
- Have a certain level of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability, with a priority given to those with fluent spoken English
