Develop a reasonable production schedule, ensure production compliance, establish departmental regulations, and perform technical training. Collaborate with other departments to promote project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical-related majors
• Deep understanding and mastery of the CMC regulatory requirements for protein-based drug production
• Experience with multiple batches of successful production of protein products
• Familiarity with related equipment in this field and device operation skills
• Familiarity with relevant GMP regulations in the biopharmaceutical field
• Domestic and international auditing experience
