Manage the quality control biochemistry department to ensure GMP quality control system meets regulatory requirements, establish antibody pharmaceutical quality control platform, and lead team to develop biochemical quality control analysis methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in biochemistry, bioanalysis, analytical chemistry, etc.
• 7 years or more experience in GMP biological pharmaceutical enterprises
• 3 years or more management experience
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Familiar with domestic and foreign biological pharmaceutical quality control policies and laws and regulations (ICH, NMPA, FDA, EMA, USP, ChP, EP), GMP requirements
