The Quality Director will establish and improve the quality management system, lead the quality team, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in biochemistry, chemistry, analytical chemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences, or related life science fields
• At least 15 years of experience in quality management system management in international renowned protein pharmaceutical development and production companies
• At least 3 years of experience in quality management and production management in commercialized sterile product production enterprises
• Fluent English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and fluent Mandarin speaking, listening, and reading skills
• Experience in organizing and leading international pharmaceutical supervision agency inspections
