Job Description
As our Senior Medical Director for the UK, you will serve as the most senior medical authority in the market and a key member of the UK Leadership Team. With an ambitious oncology portfolio and a strong partnership with the NHS, this role is pivotal in shaping BioNTech's transition into a commercial-stage oncology leader.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive medical strategy for oncology in the UK, aligning global priorities with local needs
- Serve as BioNTech’s primary medical expert in oncology, providing scientific insights to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), patient advocacy groups, and national agencies such as NICE
