下游生产副总监/高级经理

Downstream Production Vice President/Senior Manager will lead and ensure that downstream production processes are conducted in accordance with company requirements. Responsibilities include participating in GMP training, solving technical problems, and coordinating audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in microbiology, biochemistry, biopharmaceuticals, and bioengineering, etc.
• 8-10 years or more of GMP experience in the related bio-pharmaceutical industry
• Familiar with the operating principles, maintenance, and management of downstream production equipment
• Familiar with the operation and management of bio-pharmaceutical GMP plants
• Good communication and expression skills
• Familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements of GMP in the bio-pharmaceutical field
• Familiar with the entire quality control process of deviation initiation, investigation, closure, and CAPA execution
• Ability to recruit, train, and lead team members in the downstream purification department
• Ability to control the budget and costs of the managed departments, and achieve rational input and output
