Marketing Operations Manager

At BioRender, we're on a mission to accelerate the world's ability to learn, discover, and communicate science by transforming how knowledge is shared and making science open, collaborative, and easily understandable by all. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the systems, infrastructure, and processes that power our marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
• Deep expertise in Marketo or HubSpot, and strong working knowledge of Salesforce
• Proven experience designing and managing lead routing and lifecycle workflows
• Hands-on experience with marketing integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs)
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Experience supporting web tracking, SEO, and lead capture flows
• Familiarity with modern data and tooling ecosystems (e.g., Vercel or similar platforms)
• Comfort working with AI tools and integrations (e.g., Claude) and a curiosity to experiment with new technologies
