Job Description
FreshBooks is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to partner with Lifecycle, Growth, and Product Marketing to translate complex strategies into seamless executions. The role involves platform execution, performance and governance, team collaboration and partnership, and what you'll bring.
Requirements
- Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Braze, or HubSpot)
- Familiarity with dynamic content logic (AMPscript, Liquid, or similar) and API-driven integrations
- Solid grasp of email marketing concepts
- Skilled in data analysis and results measurement
- Proven experience in high-growth environments
- Ability to manage timelines, solve technical blockers creatively, and excel in an agile, fast-paced setting
