Develop and oversee sustainable market access and channel strategies to ensure BioStem’s products have optimal access positions. Negotiate coverage and formulary access for designated products through contracting and non-contracting opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in biopharma
• Experience in biopharma market access
• Understanding of U.S. payer market dynamics
• Financial acumen
• Analytical capabilities
