We are seeking a Biopharma Business Development Director to join our team and drive market expansion, account penetration, and strategic relationship building. As a trusted advisor, you will understand customer research pipelines and position our technology effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or strategic partnerships experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences tools, or related fields
- Established network within drug discovery or preclinical research ecosystems
- Strong understanding of scientific workflows, particularly in areas such as molecular/cellular biology, imaging, assay development, and QC
- Proven track record of breaking into new accounts and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills, especially with technical and scientific personas
- Ability to travel to customer sites, conferences, and partner visits
