Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM disciplines
- 3-4 years of previous experience in the role (for Senior figures)
- Knowledge of IT and Network technologies
- Experience in managing service desk tools
- ITIL certification or equivalent (Plus)
- Experience working with the Agile Delivery model (Plus)
