Job Description
Job Description: Assist in maximizing the functioning of mentally/physically handicapped adults. Ensure quality services to all residents. Assign work assignments to DSP and oversee Shift Supervisors on their duties. Provide staff supervision and oversight of the residence in the absence of Residence Manager or in conjunction with the Residence Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in OPWDD related field of which 2 years are in a supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and computational skills to document records in accordance with program standards
