Job Description
The Assistant Residence Manager assists in maximizing the functioning of mentally/physically handicapped adults, ensures quality services to all residents, and assigns work assignments to DSP and oversees Shift Supervisors on their duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in OPWDD related field
- Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and computational skills
- Ability to articulate the company's philosophy, mission and goals
- Ability to effectively present information to clients, top management and staff
- Ability to solve practical and intellectual problems
- Ability to work within general guidelines and minimal supervision
- Ability to recognize the need for confidentiality of information and to maintain such confidences
