Job Description
Birch Family Services is a leading provider of education, employment, and community support services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and their families in New York City. As a Human Resources Onboarder, you will facilitate the new hire onboarding process for Birch Family Services in compliance with Birch internal policies and the policies of our governing bodies (OPWDD, DOH, DOE).
Requirements
- Bachelors or Associates in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as an onboarding specialist or similar Human Resources role
- Experience with standard HR software, i.e. ATS and resume databases
- Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
