Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls within the construction industry, preferably supporting institutional, healthcare, correctional, or education projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) are considered an asset.
• Strong proficiency with project controls systems and scheduling/cost management software.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for complex building projects.
• Proven ability to support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining data integrity and reporting consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, consultants, and clients.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• A proactive, accountable leader who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
