Job Description
We are a dynamic team of over 5,000 people with diverse skills, backgrounds, and areas of expertise. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in the daily coordination and management of assigned hydroelectric infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Background in heavy civil construction with a strong emphasis on hydroelectric or water infrastructure projects.
- Post-secondary education in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in project coordination or management roles within the infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction safety, environmental regulations, and project execution best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contract documents, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to anticipate and address project challenges.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially MS Project or Primavera); experience with project management platforms such as Viewpoint or Procore is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset for projects in certain regions.
- Willingness to work on-site in remote project locations as required
