Requirements

• Strong experience in hydroelectric, institutional, and commercial projects.
• Degree in a construction-related field, with progressive experience in general contracting; direct management of large hydroelectric, institutional, or commercial projects.
• Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, promoting a collaborative approach to achieve results and develop team members.
• Service-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to build and maintain trust with a wide network of colleagues, subcontractors, and team members to ensure competitive excellence, team pride, and project success.
• Demonstrated competence in safety, team management, project execution, cost control, quality, and administration.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, project manuals, and project calendars.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project; experience with Viewpoint Project Management is an asset.
• Bilingual French/English is mandatory.
