Job Description
Bird is looking for a Senior Planner/Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for construction projects across pre-construction and construction phases. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams and ensure schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with contract and company requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and project lifecycle stages.
- Familiar with ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Effective in problem-solving, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
