Job Description
Birdeye is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, applications, and support teams across all global locations. The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems and ensure the security, efficiency, and performance of IT operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in Information Technology
- At least 5 years of direct people management experience
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
- Proven work experience leading IT infrastructure in a fast paced, rapidly growing organization with global locations
