Director-Sales

This is a Sales Architect/Technical Sales role focused on driving strategic growth, solutioning, and client engagement within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will come from top-tier firms and possess a consultative mindset, technical credibility, and expertise in AI/ML and GenAI. This is not a traditional sales role and requires a technical background.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences with a strong technology focus
• Proven track record in technical sales, solution architecture, or client partner roles
• Deep understanding of pharma value chain (R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, GenAI tools, and cloud ecosystems
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and executive presence
