Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our IT operations. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between technical tasks and community needs by ensuring the day-to-day efficiency of the IT team.
Requirements
- Timely processing of departmental invoices through accounts payable procedures
- Communicate with Director of IT to align budget spend aligns to budget allowances
- Proactively order and maintain departmental supplies including technology hardware
