Job Description
Provide hands-on technology support for residents, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate residents on technology use in a resident-focused environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using an IT support desk or ticketing system
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting consumer technology devices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and SharePoint Online
