Experienced RV Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced RV Service Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components.

Requirements

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs to ensure timely and accurate service on a wide range of RV makes and models.
• Support service department performance by mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality work environment.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes repeat business.
• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures
• RVTI certification
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader
• Have a set of personal tools
• The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
• The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
• Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
