Experienced RV Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced RV Technician to join our dynamic service team, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing RV systems, supporting service department performance, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs to ensure timely and accurate service on a wide range of RV makes and models
• Support service department performance by mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality work environment
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes repeat business
• Inspect units for customer sales
• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials
