Project Coordinator - Remote (Eatern New York Hours)

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in organizing and delivering IT initiatives across a diverse client base, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and keeping multiple client projects moving smoothly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project coordination or IT project management experience, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment
• Associate degree or higher in IT, computer science, business, or a related field
• Strong experience with PSA/RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, N-able, Kaseya, NinjaOne)
• Experience with Teamwork or similar project management platforms
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM) are highly valued
• MCSE or equivalent technical certification is an asset
