Job Description
Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Customer Support Director to lead its Customer Support operations, manage a team of agents, and drive high performance and improved service quality across its crypto-related products.
Requirements
- Manage the Support Call Center and agents
- Achieve metrics on outbound calls to recover customers
- Ensure team members achieve expected performance metrics
- Develop playbooks and processes for customer service
- Manage data and prepare reports to improve processes
- Partner with internal departments to re-engineer processes and optimize customer experience
- Continuously benchmark Customer Care operations of industry competitors
- Develop and report on budget, forecasts, KPIs, and department goals
