Job Description
Bitso is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Acquisition engineering function from the ground up. The successful candidate will split their time between writing production code and building a high-performing team, shaping how Bitso acquires and activates the next generation of crypto users across Latin America.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience managing engineers
- Strong backend engineering experience with Java and Spring Framework
- Front End development experience with React and modern web development
- Proven ability to work autonomously and balance technical execution with management responsibilities
