Job Description
We are seeking a Provider Recruiter to lead the recruitment of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and other clinical leaders. The successful candidate will develop recruitment strategies, build relationships with physicians and clinical leadership, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, business, nursing, or another healthcare-related field
- Two years previous provider recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to organize and prioritize duties and work independently
- Knowledge of the medical community and marketing/public relations techniques
