Job Description
Provider Recruiter at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. Hybrid work environment. The role involves physician recruitment searches, building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and coordinating marketing and sourcing efforts. The candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition, human resources, employment laws and regulations. Experience in physician relations activities and healthcare is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three (3) years of related talent acquisition experience
- Physician relations activities and healthcare experience preferred
