Job Description
BIXI is a non-profit organization that manages the bike-sharing system in the Greater Montreal area. As an Electric Bike Battery Change Assistant, you will perform battery changes on electric bikes, drive an electric cargo bike between stations, and communicate with dispatch.
Requirements
- Completed D.E.S. degree
- Ease with driving a bike
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Good priority and stress management
- Ability to work with attention while respecting health and safety procedures
- Passionate about biking
- Experience in customer service (an asset)
- Good knowledge of Montreal (an asset)
- General knowledge of BIXI Montreal and its services (an asset)
