Travel Agent Italian Speaking

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in Travel Industry and customer care that have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience. Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
• Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) or previous experience in a local travel agency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken, of the Italian AND English
• Availability to work in shifts with rotation (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
