Job Description
The Bizzell Group is seeking underage purchasers (ages 18-20) to assist in undercover tobacco compliance inspections at retail locations across North Carolina. This role supports regulatory enforcement and ensures retailers comply with federal and state tobacco sales laws under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. The position involves attempting to purchase tobacco as a minor, and requires adherence to FDA compliance protocols.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 20 years old at the time of application
- Must pass NC state background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Accompany an FDA-commissioned inspector
