Job Description
The Bizzell Group is seeking Underage Purchasers (ages 18–20) to assist in undercover tobacco compliance inspections at retail locations across North Carolina. This role supports federal and state regulatory enforcement by ensuring retailers comply with tobacco sales laws, as outlined in the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and the FDA Tobacco Inspection Program.
Requirements
- Age 18–20
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- NC state background check
- Compliance with FDA and NC Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) regulations
