Job Description
Bizzy is looking for a high-energy Customer Success Manager to help customers win and grow. As a key member of the Bizzy team, you'll be the main point of contact for customers and help them get real value from the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Excellent communication skills
- A structured, solution-oriented, proactive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a nice bonus
