Job Description
Our Client is a criminal defense firm located in downtown Toronto. The role involves performing case management duties, preparing cases, conducting trials, and preparing applications and motions.
Requirements
- Member in good standing as a lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in Criminal Law (2+ years of experience)
- Knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada, Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, criminal law procedures, rules of evidence and case law
