Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with an established book of business to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including significant exposure to employment and property litigation, and a track record of appearing in reported decisions.
Requirements
- Provide expert legal advice and advocacy in complex commercial, employment, and property litigation matters
- Represent clients in motions, applications, mediations, pre-trials, trials, and reported decisions
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while supplementing with firm-generated work
- Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court materials
- Mentor junior lawyers, clerks, and paralegals
- Engage in business development through networking, seminars, and thought leadership
