Requirements

• Advocate for clients at all levels of court in Ontario
• Handle various litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and estate litigation
• Manage complex disputes involving security enforcement, insolvency proceedings, and debtor/creditor issues
• Lead litigation in business, shareholder, and construction lien disputes
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers
