Requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems, applications, and peripherals
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Mentor and train junior help desk staff
- Implement and assist in IT projects
