Job Description
Black & Veatch is seeking a Client Director to manage water business development and operational improvements within the Northern California region. This role involves leading client teams, managing financial performance, and ensuring project success. Requirements
- 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
- Strong understanding of budgets and financial metrics
- Contract negotiation skill including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms
