Job Description
Black Canyon Consulting is seeking a Project Manager/Agile Scrum Master to support the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) at the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The position involves coordinating software development projects using Agile methodology and working with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Formal education in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- At least 5 years of experience developing software and/or managing software development
- Strong technical knowledge of software application development
- Experience managing software development projects using Agile methodology
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and departments
