Project Manager | Agile Scrum Master

Black Canyon Consulting is seeking a Project Manager/Agile Scrum Master to support work for the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) at the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The role involves coordinating the software development lifecycle, managing technical projects, and advising senior management on technical issues.

Requirements

• Formal education in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience
• At least 5 years of experience developing software and/or managing software development
• Strong technical knowledge of software application development
• Experience managing software development projects using Agile methodology
• Effective verbal and written communications
