ERP Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an ERP Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Black Diamond Networks. As an ERP Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for creatively sourcing and recruiting senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling. You will build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands and cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow
• Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups
