IT Operations, Senior Director

Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of IT Operations to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organization's IT infrastructure, service delivery, and systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
• Expertise in managing hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud and on-premises)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and operational controls

Benefits

• Pay Range: $170,000—$250,000 USD
