Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to oversee the execution of the internal audit program, lead risk-based audits, and partner with management to enhance operational effectiveness, compliance, and member service.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the internal audit function
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate audit staff
- Develop audit scopes, testing plans, and procedures based on risk assessments
- Review audit workpapers and reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to IIA Standards
- Prepare clear, well-supported audit reports that outline strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations
