Mortgage Post Closer

We have an opening for a Mortgage Post Closer at our Corporate Office in Rapid City, SD. The successful candidate will process residential mortgage loans, prepare post-closing documents, and review closing documents for completeness. The role involves working with secondary market investors, processing and delivering closing documents, and coordinating follow-up with originators, closers, and underwriting staff. The ideal candidate will have a two-year college degree and 2 years of experience in a related field, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of credit union's products and services
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal real estate lending regulations
• Ability to understand and follow complex written and oral instructions
• Ability to prepare and maintain confidential records and reports
