Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in general facility, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
- Current and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift/move up to 80 pounds and perform strenuous labor
- Availability to work one to two weekends per month
