Job Description
Cottonwood Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work at Stratford at Hillcrest Apartments in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The position involves property repairs, carpentry, and general maintenance, with potential for HVAC troubleshooting and ongoing innovation to improve the customer experience. It's an opportunity to join a progressive, self-guided tour apartment management company.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work on-call and provide emergency service
